Flagship credit financed my new truck... A week after geting the truck i started a refinance with capital one... Capital one's policy states if the refinancing hasnt been completed before my loan payment is due... That i must pay the current lein holder... Which in my case was flagship credit
Capital one also states that untill i get a letter stating everything has cleared that i must pay the current lein holder
Well the payment was due and i had not received a letter yet from capital one
so i payed flagship credit my first truck payment of 435.00 including pay by phone fee
A week later i get a letter from capital one stating my refinance was complete but i noticed it didnt show any money had been takin off the loan so i called capital one. And i was told no payment had been deducted and that they payed flagship the full loan amount including the interest that was applyed for the first month... And that i needed to call flagship credit and that they will send me a refund check for my payment
I call flaghip only to find customer service tells me they dont show i ever made a payment... But my bank account shows where they took the money out
Then finally i was told from them that yes it shows that i made a payment and that i would get a refund back as soon as capital ones check cleared
... I call a week later only to go threw the same explaining once again for them to tell me yes it shows i made a payment and that they would need to call me back... She calls back to tell me my refund check would be sent the next day... I get a check for 77 dollars... This is actually a refund from where capital one gave them to much money... Nothing to do with the 435 dollars i sent them which they still owe me
So i call again only to have to explain everything again
once again finally im told yes we show you made a payment for 435.. But we dont show where it went... So we will have to investigate and we will call you back
Its been over a week and no calls or messages
I really needed that money as i was really sick and my company was slow and i had to sit home for over two weeks... I had to sell anything of value i had just to make it... Please help me get my money back
