Usa credit debited my account for $149.95 without autorization or prior notice

As I stated above this company debited my account for 149.95 without any notice what so ever. I want my money back. I called my credit union and was informed of these charges which I had no prior knowledge of and now I cannot use these funds for bills I need to pay.
