I was in desparate need of a loan. My son had gotten in a car accident which totalled my vehicle.
I used my money/funds to get another car and pay some of my main bills. I applied for a loan with this company and discussed my situation with a eric davis and he would find the right loan for me.
He found a company that would loan me $6000.00 and may paymeny would be $118.. 52 in monthly payments.
I would need to wire $711.12 through money gram which would cover the first six months and if i was in good standing they would refund my 711.12 at the end of the six months.
I had to pay the fee on the money gram. I needed to call him and tell him how much the fee was to wire the money which was 45.84 totalling 756.96.
To wire the money to richard brunson which i did. Call him back and he said that i should receive the money fedex mo that following money because i didn't want to give them my account number to deposit the funds.
I didn't receive the funds so i called eric davis once again and he said the the figure we wrong so if i sent $350.00 plus the fee which would refunded back to me that the could keep the payments the same.
I did another money gram for $350.00 plus the fee of 22.92 totalling 372.92
Now i can reach the company or eric davis i call the number 1-800-624-1201 and i cant even get to eric's ext 239.
The machine says hello, goodbye or my account is on hold or call customer service and i can't find a number for customer service anywhere.
Now that put me that much more in the hole and i don't know what to do i might lose everything i have and surely didn't have the fund to do this wither but I did now im out $1129.88 that i didn't have and could have used on my bills.
Can someone help me out or make them pay for what they did.
