Applied for an online loan, and was contacted by first Amerigo. I was told I was approved for an 7,000 loan. I asked if I had to pay anything and was told no. But I did have to show I had 150.00 in my account. Well at the present time I did not. The loan officer called me a week later and told me to contact mr James Davis his boss. I did so and he said if I can get a 150.00 I can have my load April 22. But he said to put it on a green dot card. I asked if he was going to take the money off the card Davis said no. So I went ahead and did so. When I gave mr Davis the information he said the money will still be on the card, and the funds will be in my account. He will call me in two hours. When Davis did not call me I call the company and was given the run around. I called the green dot card and was told the money was taken off the card. So I told the green dot people I did not give them permition to take the money so the have a case to try to retrieve the funds back. I called first Amerigo April 23 and talk to a man who would not give me his name. And was told that the fct froze the fund from going into my account as well as the 150.00 because I have a outstanding loan and unless I give them another 100.00 I will lose my 150.00 and will not get the 7,000 loan.
