I was sent an email (spam) for a free credit report, I never actually got a report, but I did receive a charge of 12.95 on my check card from CIC Triple Advantage. The company I'm reporting continuously charged my credit after numerous attempts to cancel the service.
I advised the agent / supervisor who I spoke with on 3 different occasions that I want to cancel the service each time I was told the service would be canceled and when I advised that I called before each time they state that there is no record of my previous call. I've been dealing with this since September.
