I received a collection notice regarding a subscription to Bon Appetit. I paid it online on 2/12/08, received an email confirmation and then received another notice on 3/17/08 requesting payment again. I have tried to call and get an ever ending loop of an automated system, no one ever gets to a REAL person. They are not getting any more money and I have a legal document providing payment - the online confirmation.
