On October 20, I received a notice in the the mail regarding a Bicycling Magazine. North Shore Agency has informed me that I'm overdue and I owe 19.98 for 11 issues of that magazine that I never ordered, nor did I receive. When I tried to call the 1-800 number, all I got was a automated payment recording. The notice didn't even give me the name of the company that filed that complaint against me.
I do believe that there is a 3rd party involved that may be fraudulently charging me. I have have perfect credit, and I really think that North Shore is trying to hurt my credit so they could get some extra money off of me. I have written a certified letter to North Shore hoping to hear from them. I hope others who read this try to investigate this collection agency.
