Ripoff Family Circle magazine subscription

I received a collection notice from North Shore Agency, Inc. For Family Circle magazine subscription that I never signed up for or received.

They stated that I did not respond to their previous letters, none of which I have received. They also stated that we needed to respond in 30 days.

This is a totally bogus deal. I called the LONG DISTANCE number stated and only could get automated instructions, which I followed. I am also going to follow through with a written back up.

I wish I could charge them for the phone call and postage.
