On March 12th I called NCO Financial after receiving many voice messages from them. I spoke to a man named Andrew who updated my address information as they had it wrong. He seemed unable to answer my simple questions so he transfered me to someone who identified themselves only as Mr. Smith? The following is a link to my conversation with Mr. Smith:

Fast talking Mr. Smith refused to give me the company's name or address or his full name. All I wanted was their address which I later found on the internet. Mr. Smith said he was marking this as a refusal to pay (i never refused anything), and was sending it back th Chase for their attorneys to deal with. Does this mean I will be sued? All I wanted was something in writing so I could look into it. Am I supposed to give money to a man with no name who works for a company with no address money over the phone? Mr Smith then hung up on me.
