Robert A Smith is over $200,000 behind in child support. The state of Texas will only do the minimal amount of paper work on this case. After all the caseworkers get paid whether children get their child support or not. Robert Smith is a truck driver. He may go by the name Bob Smith. He has evaded his child support for 14 yrs. Moving and changing jobs if and when he is found.
