My ex husband and I bought a trailer home in 2001 from Vanderbilt Mortgage, in 2004 my ex and I divorced. I have been ttryinf for 4 years t0 contact them and get my name of the deed, as it is still on my credit report and saying I owe the amount of 24,000.00
This hinders me from buying any other property and every time I call they give me the run around and today when I finally got through to them they hung up on me! I have a lawyer now and plan to get this done. It is ashame that a company like this is still in business after all the customers it has done wrong. Something needs to be done!!!
