Can I get my member fee back?
About 40 days ago I got an offer letter from capital one for credit card, and I applied for it. I got my first bill last week and they charged me the member fee $45. It's my fault that I didn't notice that they want to charge member fee as applying for it. Now I want to pay off the balance and close my account. Can I get my member fee back? Thanks a lot.
By the way, I also got another offer letter from capital one for no annul fee, but that was after I applied for this credit card.
