I deposit a check of $1000 in 02/27/08 and was charged 3X$35=$105 late fees in the same date for overdrawn fees on pending transactions.
I spoke with customer representative, who didn't want to credit me back those fees at all, asked for a supervisor which refund me one charge of $35, but refuse to refund me the whole amount.
It's not first time when that happened. I don't find those charges fair. I agree they should charge you one time for the whole day, but to charge for each transaction you made in that day, especially they are pending transactions and by the time the transactions occures you deposit money in your checking account so there are enough funds to pay for those transactions.
They are ripping us off and we should do something to stop that!
