I have just sat down with my paperwork for the last three years with Equa Credit and now Fairbanks and I am sending out packages to every consumner advocate out there. I have had forced insurance on my property for three years now. They claim they have paid my taxes yet I received bills from my town hall.
My late fee paytment everymonth is higher then my mortgage and out of $800 they apply $42.00 to principle? I am in the middle of a foreclosure action by Equa Credit, yet Fairbanks claims they own my note and Bank of American is the investor? They have no clue what they are doing. Four months to try to get a forebearancec agreement and they lie and tell you one thing over the phone and change their minds the next month you talk to them.
