Boston Equity Investment sold me 2 units that were no money down situations where they would pay the mortgage from the rent and maintain the property. These were suppose to be in booming areas and the profit was suppose to be substantial. They have not paid the mortgage. Have taken rent money collected from rented units. Found out the properties were over $100,000 overpriced... The area is a disaster and they took advantage of the fact that we could not see the property. When flown in to sign, there was no time to visit the property. They said we would do it after. Then there was no time then either.
Company is a fraud. Josh Brown and Brian Frank have ripped us off and are now unaccountable. Homes are in forclosure and units are not maintained.
