Marilyn Bynum from New World Mortgage, Inc. Came to me from a friend that I trusted. MY friend was going through some marriage problems. So she asked if I can buy a property with the realtor Marilyn her church friend. My friend told me that Marilyn found a house that I can purchase and flip. The property would be sold in 3-6 months. Marilyn as a realtor told me she can use my excellent credit buy the house and I do not have to pay for anything b/c she will flip the house and it had equity in it. So trusting my friend and the realtor church lady. I was stupid enough to sign the papers. I did not have to come up with no money just sign and once the deal was over I would receieve 5,000 for helping my friend. My freind would get 10,000 from this flipping the property scenerio so my friend can put that money on a down payment on her own house.
Marilyn stuck me with the house and I did not receive my 2,500 and my freind never got her 10,000 to buy a house. Their was no equity in the house Marilyn lied and got away with it and I got stuck with a property "in south central LA" and a mortgage of 2,500 a month that I was not suppose to have.
I found out with in months this was a game that bad realtors did to scam people that had excellent credit and I did'nt know about this until I became a victim.
