Equity Residential is ripping off tenants in fraudulent charges

I received a three-day eviction notice from Equity Residential property managements approximately two weeks after I paid my rent on time. Equity Residential accepted the check, cashed it, and two weeks later while I was on vacation pinned a threatening three-day notice to vacate.

Fraudulent charges and ripping off tenants has been an ongoing practice for Equity Residential. There has been a number of incidents before. Additionally, I just found out that the whole renter community has been continuously affected by Equity Residential accounting fraud and cooking the books.
