Ripoff terrible customer service on hold for hours bitchy service representatives fat whore hold music Tucson Phoenix

Bank one seemed like a good compony at first. I had a savings account with them. So i go to college, and need to close my old account and start up with a new bank in Philly, where i go to school. When i tried to close the account, there were the normal expeted wait times, which was no being deal. The lady kept trying to persuade me not to switch banks. She said that i could use ATMs, but when i asked about the rediculous Double ATM fees, she said i sould do online banking. I said, NO, i only oave one account, i dont pay frequent bills, i just need checks and cash every week, and i cant get cash out of a PC.

... Two weeks after i closed the account... My money was still not with me. I couldnt f*ing afford a bar of soap because the assholes hadnt given me my money yet. I called to see what happened, and was routed from department to department becaus they forgot to ask me what sate the account was in, and that i wanted info on a closed account.

After a LONG time, i got to a lady who took my information and seemed like she would do somthing. Then she said that she didnt have the athority to close an account (?) which is silly, because the account was already closed. When i pointed this out to her, she got all pissed of and started up with this whole street atitude, and then put me on hold. But this time there was no annoying music.

I stayed on hold, for a LOOOOONG time. Finaly, my phone beeped because it was running out of battery power, because i had been on so long, so i hung up and called back. Then another guy picked up, and i told him my story, and that i was pissed off. He put me on hold, but again, their was no music this time. I was like, "f*k this..." and hung up. I called back and recieved no answer.

What the F*K? There is nothing i can do except sit here and stink, because som FAT BITCH has a fucking dry crusty walrus cock up her ass. She doesnt deseve a f*king job. No one at bank one does. They should f*ing die. She should be the stinky whore without soap and a dead phone battery. Who ever thought a fat sweety bitch would steel my soap...
