Liars, Rob you of your money, Wish i knew then what i know now

To start off they look to scam you.

I called to request a due date change because the date they had i wouldn't be able to pay by (i've done this on more than one occasion) the person on the other line then tells me not to change the due date to call when i send in the payment and they will remove the late fee.

All of a sudden it's a problem now, i talked to 3 very rude and arrogant people one included a supervisor they don't bother to listen to what i have to say they talk over me and try to make it like i'm lying when their people are the ones that told me it was okay in the first place.

And the rude supervisor posted on my account for Noone to credit my late fee. They operate in a very unprofessional manner not to mention being rude and treating you like your stupid on top of that.

What am i supposed to do when one person tells you it's okay we will take care of it and the next wants to screw you over? Makes you wonder were those people trying to "help" me or setting me up for a scam?
