Through TurboTax we had no choice but to use this bank to pay for our filing fees to receive our 2007 Federal Tax Return. We went online and got information to change the information on the account we were going to have the refund direct deposited to. We faxed the information in. We did not receive any correspondance from SBBT letting us know that the information we faxed in for the account change was denied and therefore did not know how to rectify the situation to ensure we would receive our refund in our bank account on the date we were informed we would receive it on. When we called to find out what was going on tonight, first they could not access the account, then informed us that a check was cut and would be sent out into the mail tomorrow. Since the check had not been sent out, I asked that it be sent next day so we would receive it on Saturday. They refused to accommodate us for the inconveniences they have caused. Now we have to wait an additional week from when we originally promised to have had access to our refund that us DUE us, not them.
