I searched the name homecomings financial and lo and behold what do I find. This company is my mortgage company, maybe (after reading reports about them, they might be in line to own my house) and now that they have refused to a workout plan I had to file a C13 to stop them from foreclosing and now I'm scared about the next step because I don't want to lose my house to anybody. I just want to save my house and make restitution over a period of months.
I meet with the bankruptchy attorney/judge in two weeks and will present them with the information found recently about this dishonest mortgage company. I'll repost as soon as I have further information but in the meantime thank you to all those who have posted and I'm sad to say we have this in common because of a financial hardship.
