A man from the 48hr loan center had contacted me by the name of andrew bidderman, stating that i was approved for a 5000.00 loan i had applied for under the conditions that i send a down payment of 785.00 to secure it and have it deposited into my account in 24hrs. The next day, a man by the name of vince demarco called me and said that my file had been transferred to him and he would be my loan person. Then i would make payments of 157.00 a month, well i sent the down payment to them to canada via moneygram.
I waited the prescribed amount of time and recieved nothing. So i called them to see what was going on and customer service said the reason i didnt recieve my funds was because i was actually supposed to send 785.00 dollars more, well thats not what the loan agreement i was faxed said. I tried to dispute it with them and i got hung up on several times, the customer service rep even went so far to say"you need to shut your mouth and listen..." they were very rude and dishonest.
