I applied for a loan through the internet. An Andrew Bidderman extension 510 called me from 48-hour loan center and said my loan was accepted from a broker in PA, but wanted me to have the first 5 payments up-front to cover the insurances since I had bad credit. I came up with the $1500 to money gram to a William Muldrow in Erie, PA and waited the 24 hours for my loan to be put into my account.
I called the next day to ask Andrew Bidderman why my money was not in my account and an Adam Silverman came on the phone (extension 402) and said there was a mix-up and the broker wanted 10 months up front and Andrew Bidderman would be fired for handeling this case wrong and I was to speak with Adam Silverman for now on. He said the broker wanted another $1500 and he would lend me the money and added another $5000 to the loan. The loan would now be $30,000 for a 10 year term.
I needed the money because I am a single mom of 3 who has medical problems. Adam Silverman faxed me over a guaranteed letter saying after completion of sending my $1500 I would have my loan in my account in no more than 3-hours. I sent my $1500 to a David Whitaker of Ajax, Ontario, Canada.
I waited the 3 hours and called back and a Vince DiMarco, extension 218 answered saying the lender is now enforcing the $1000 insurance to cover the loan. I again, was crying on the phone saying I have 3 children by myself. Vince Dimarco was rude and said he would not talk to me if I wouldn't stop crying and hung up on me. I called back and he said the lender will match $500 dollars of the insurance if I could come up with $500. I told him I could not. He told me to money gram $500 to a James Diene and insurance adjuster in Ajax, Ontario, Canada and again he sent me a fax guaranteeing my loan in no less than 3 hours. I did not money gram the money and instead asked for my $3000 back as they had no intention of honoring the loan.
I called the Portland police and they said there is no said registered name for that business and the address they gave me was false. I check the who is and they have someone from the Netherlands running their site. All things I should have done before sending them money, but I was blinded by helping my children.
