Myself like many others in ths country have been exploited by several credit reporting agencys by false and unrecognizable info tagged to credit files.
It is my understanding that these agencys allow information to be transmitted to credit files without prior investigation as to accuracy or amount of claims.
I have recently sent / wrote / adjustment claims to all 3 agencys and EQUIFAX is the one that i had the most issues with. Its apparent that someone is failing to use common sense, let alone protocol to follow up and and investigate such claims to effect repairs and now i find out i got a tagg for over $1200.00 as late as 01 when i have had no contact, let alone ability to aquire credit wiht any firm in the past 5 years.
Now i find it almost impossible to get this removed from my report, all i find is a file number with no! Contact info and a dollar amount tagged to the file which is not right. This does not allow anyone the effectively contact the original creditor for resolution let alone repair any inaccuracys. I find this situation getting worse each month, and with no help in site this tends to make any and all repairs impossible.
My question is why? Are they allowed to futher institute debt and create avenues that eventually bankrupt hard working individuals. Without allowing a way to work out a common resolution to better ourselves. So many people do have credit issues from time to time in this world and to me that is life! But to set up a panel to condemm those who do have problems and create a aftermath of delays and destructions that stop!
Those who are trying to re balance and correct these problems is WRONG! The whole program should be reevaluated and changed to help people that are trying to correct there life instead of condeming them.
This too i find really unique is that i had (2) items of the same catagory removed from my credit by the other 2 reporting agencys but! EQUIFAX. Refuses to follow nor comply with there desisions, which PROVES TO ME that equifax in biased and set on permanent harm to myself and others that try to repair probelms that were created in life. And decisions made.
