Payment of $5464 in 30 days

I am acting for my 80 yr-old aunt, who is VERY ill. She just received a demand notice from this company, no contact name, phone, anything! She does not know what to do. There is no description other than A 30 DAY DEMAND PAYMENT sent to a PO box. No name, pnone, email, nothing! It is a scam but what do I do? Thank you.
