Mills - Royal Parc Properties ripoff price of late fee for apt is $200 more to rent over 5 days late for roach infested and badly managed apartment

Apartment complex charges 625 for rent and then adds on a concession fee of $175 plus a late fee of $75 dollars if your late but does not want to repair anything in the apartment.

They were inspected and found to have many code violations, also stated that they would have pest control and the apartments were all roach infested.

A/c units outdated and not inspected in 6 years, wires hanging loose from the units, and above all bees or wasps nests everywhere.
