False promises

I just find out that I am victim of thief like any person who has been contacted by this company.

They told me that I will get a credit card from my bank after two weeks if I pay $245 as a member. Since they took off that amount from account on July 9, I never got anything.

I tried to call them several times, and asked them to refund my money, but they told me that they will not refund it.
We need to fight against this kind of terrorism.
