I got a call @ work, actually a rep from Quadrant law offices called and lwft me a msg this is the msg I got in my work e-mail:
A gentleman by the name of Wayne Bowen called from the law offices of Quadrant. He is calling you in regards of case # 648-413US and you being served some papers. He would like for you to call him back at 866-532-6086. He said that it is very important that you call him so you will not be served at work.
I googled and found this: This is yet another offshoot of the GIOVE LAW OFFICES, MCKELVEY LAW OFFICES, EVANS LAW OFFICES, & COLLINS LAW OFFICES out of Western New York.
QUADRANT GROUP, LLC, reportedly owned, run and managed by DOUGLAS J. MACKINNON, a name and partner in all of the above including ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SERVICES and FIRST AMERICAN INVESTMENT has added this organization to the group of bottom-feeder debt collection groups ripping off consumers.
Then came to this site and when i look up Quadrant law offices all these reports come up for Giove law offices I know i had outstanding debt a long time ago like 4 yrs ago I let my sister borrow my name and info. To buy computer software for 1,500 she was doing good on the pmts then they sent her to get a loan for 5,000 she took the loan without letting me know then lost her job owed 2,000 never paid thats the only thing why they would be coming after me for... Anyway just wondering Im gonna call when I get off work...
