Domingo and Molaer Law Offices sent me letters and calling to our residence and to my work place but unfortunately they cant talk to me because im always on official business. They sent me letters heading " reiterative formal demand, outstanding balance of P31701.00". They will file case in trial court of taguig city and i will be penalized with imprisonment. I want to know if it will really can happen to me to go to jail? What will i do to make they stop in harrasing me?
