Last year i used h&r block rather then doing it myself! I got the emerald card they try to push on everyone! I recieved my refund the next day! So this year i did the same thing! Only to find out the next day the money wasnt in my account! So i called the agent (whom didnt get back to me all day!) finally she called and said i was refused from thier bank! H.S.B.C. WHO OFFERED NO EXPLANATION TO ME!
I then called several numbers to the bank, H.S.B. C, thier customer service said, " we've been getting alot of calls from people who have been H&R customers for years, with the same story!"
Why doesn't h&r tell thier customers that its harder to qualify? They act tottally surprised! As if its not thier fault, but the bank is the one turning me down! H&r is the one who stepped up thier advertising campain this year about the rapid refund and that card! Im a single dad, with two daughters! They charged me $276.00, to do 15 minutes of work that i could have done myself! Plus $72.05 for bank fees! And now instead of my check going to my bank! It goes to thiers where they subtract the inflated fee's! They are a miss leading rip off!
