Wells Fargo
What a rip-off!

Ive got one for you. I have been banking at Wells Fargo here in Colorado for the last two years. Actually, my two year anniversary is two weeks away. At any rate, about two weeks ago, I had written a post-dated check (which by the way, is illegal a personal check with a post-dated date can be cashed in at any time. Try that with a paycheck!) The party I wrote the check to deposited the check on a Friday, which the check was written for the following Monday. Once I did some finagling, my bank account was positive $204.00. After all of my checks had cleared. Later that day, I called into the phone bank to see what my balance was. Being that Im no math wizard, He told me that I have a total balance of fifty-some odd dollars (this is recorded by the way) Fine, with that in mind, I went to get food, gas and necessities for the week. Well Wednesday rolls around, and I call the phone bank to see what my balance was. Low and behold I was $331.52 overdrawn.

Immediately, I almost chocked, I called the bank and they told me that I have 8 count them, 8 total overdraft fees at $34.00 each. I was exasperated. I told them that they need to reverse these fees being that they are excessive and I simply cannot pay. They refused, I went through hoops of managers, etc, and they wouldnt break. I think Wells Fargo trains their people to be heartless Nazis who just dont care about their customers. I thought, this is ridiculous. I am filing a report with the Federal Reserve Board and closing my account. Going to a credit union.
