Very rude customer service the business that doesn't give a damn

On one occasion i had accidentally left an atm/debit card in the atm machine. I had to go through the trouble of dealing with the idiots in customer service. The number you call on the back of your card. I memorized it.initially, i spoke to a woman and she explained that she would put a "block" on this card incase anyone happened to obtain it and that she would also go ahead and order an additional card. This will take 7-10 business days. Waited over 15 days. No card. Called the number to find out what was going on. Lady says card has not been blocked and no card has been reordered. I exclaimed "so this means that if someone got a hold of my lost card they could have racked up some money?" she says yes. She is not concerned at all. She offers no kind of help whatsoever.

I ask for a manager. I get someones voicemail. I leave message. She calls back 2 days later. No apology no nothing. Just that she has no idea what happened and she will "take care of it". Whatever. 10 days later. No card. I call 800# again. Speak to manager. She has no record either. She says she will take care of it. I waited almost 30 days to get my debit card back in the mail and no sympathy whatsoever no explaination of noone ever doing what they said they were going to do!

On another occasion, i was transferring funds from one acct to another over the phone. I did something wrong so this sends me straight to a cust. Rep. She was very nice until the end of the conversation when she repeated my checking account number. I explained that wasnt my number, she says with an attitude "well, thats the number YOU gave me so it should be right, unless you said it wrong to me." she smirks and makes rude comments through the remainder of the conversation. When i am finally fed up with her attitude i let her have it and ask to speak to a manager. She HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called back & asked for manager.

Manager doesnt apologize and says she cant look to see if the transfer was actually made until tomorrow and she will surely call me and let me know if it wasnt done. I wasnt stupid enough to rely on the manager to actually do her job so i called myself the next day. Funds were not transferred and manager never checked on it apparently because she never called me to fix the problem. She didnt seem concerned or care at all that an employee just got an attitude and hung up on a customer! UGGGHHHHH!
