I have personally experienced first hand mistreatment. I started having problems, when my account was not balanced properly I assumed that by having a 800 number your account would be somewhat up to date.
Everytime I called customer service they told me something different about my account or about aome sort of charge they would add to my account. They also started charging me NUMEROUS overdraft's fee when I started making several transactions, or charge me overdraft fee's when money was in the account.
Also I do not understand how you can make an ATM WITHDRAWL AND YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER FUNDS REGARDLESS IF IT IS $10 OR $100. When i called the 800 i could never get anyone to answer my question. I am reporting b of a to the better business bureau. B of a offers no services to us as consumer's without making a mistake on their behalf.
