RE request that all monies spent and no winnings received been refund asap

Refund on my fees that I had paid for unpaid winnings.

I have paid for all cerifications and fees, up to the point where the Credit Cuise bank me contact and charge me dummarrages fees. Due to that I could not afford to claim my winnings.

Now I want a refund on my fees I have paid, or on the otherhand I want to know why the rules of this competion was never given to me.
