I received a letter on October 23 apparently from the Spanish state lottery authority saying I had won 415,000 on Euromillones but to keep this confidential because of "a mix-up of names and numbers" The letter named Juan Lopez of Estrella Intercontinental Seguros as my agent, entitled to 10% of the winnings. I contacted him and the next day he asked for an imediate transfer of 2847 "extended insurance premium" to his Financial Manager Radebe Johnson, before the payment to me could go ahead. I refused.
This looks like Santa Lucia Security operating under new names. They must have got my name and address from a hotel register.
