This is a horrible company if your planning on using them! I received a phone call yesterday (Jan 26) from Pinnacle and was told I owe T-mobile, I explained to the lady that I was in a bad car accident and I am going through a rough patch and I want to pay this debt but I need some time can I setup an arrangement? She rudely said no! She said she cannot help (in so many words) and I asked can she put a note in my account so the company will know I want to pay but need some time. She said she can do that but they will still call me until this debt is paid, she said they will call everyday and all day. So I received a call today same company and I explained the same thing to this time a lady name Burnedette, she was rude and said well your refusing to pay and Im going to put that in your account and I told her I am not refusing to pay I just need to get on my feet first and then I can pay, she keep saying borrow they money find a way to get the money or we will sue you, So as I am saying I want to pay she is cutting me off and saying well your refusing to pay she says this about 10 times hangs up. So I call back and speak to a male supervisor and he is just as rude, he said I cant even get a week to pay this debt of 900.00. He said find the money or else. He said other people find a way so you better find one. And he hung up. This is a horrible company if your planning on using them!!
