Sam Cammack is as dishonest a man as you will ever meet. He pretends as most dishonest people do to be a good family man. He talks about his sons, one in the Air Force and on a Houston lawyer who prepares his fraudulent documents for him.
He also talks about his beloved wife of many years, then shows you a nude pic of his beautiful girlfriend. This is the foundation of a dishonest man.
In business he will take it as far as he can using his son's legal knowledge to manipulate the deal and royally screw innocent people. His justification is always that the documents are all legal.
This comes after he tells you that "it's just a formality" or "don't worry about the date" or "this deal is between you and me, the doc's are just to satisfy my lawyer"
What a fool I was.
Sam stole $100,000.00 from an innocent hard working couple in Ft Lauderdale who trusted me. I am determined to get their money back, but I must also try to save others from falling into Sam's greedy, grubby hands.
Sam pretends to have a mortgage company, but it's primary mission is conning real estate investors into thinking they are getting some sort of great rehab to perm deal as he calls it.
Don't be fooled by what sounds like a good deal. It's not.in addition, no matter how many times you check the settlement statement, when you go to closing, the numbers will all be different, in his favor.
This guy is an old fashioned CROOK, so stay away from him. Don't be lured in by his mild manner or the way he shrugs his shoulders when this topic comes up.
Sour grapes he will tell you. I'm just mad because I did a bad business deal. That's not true. He is a thief, I am not. He stole from me and the Atkins, and I aim to make it right by any legal means available to me.
I hope I am able to disrupt his business just a little with this and many other posts, making his name and his company name stars on Google and Yahoo.
Be ware of Sam and Excel they are not what they pretend to be, and I doubt that his wife or Air Force son even know the true Sam. I expect his lawyer son knows him all too well being an accomplice to his evil deeds.
I urge anyone else who has been screwed or taken advantage of by this scum bag to post here and everywhere else you can think of.
Going the legal rout will only cost a bunch of money and time.in this manner we can destroy his business and hopefully his life as he has done to so many others.
