I have a very dear friend as a neighbor. Her mortgage was sold to fairbanks capital one. She made a late payment once and guess what? Her mortgage increased $300.00 a month! This company is a greedy heartless bunch of thieves and they think they are above the law! The woman has to sell her home in the near future, she cant afford the mortgage or a lawyer to stay there! I hope f. Capital ones rich ceos can sleep at night knowing they are screwing ppl out of their money and they are making millions! I guess this is the american way of doing business! Screw good values, honesty and helping others!
