Ha! Ha!!!
My mortgage was SOLD to them from National City and they were EXTREMLY rude and ignorant when it came to customer service. Guess what... THEY ARE NO LONGER! Google Mortgage Implode and you will see why!

I feel for the employees that were affected... EXCEPT for those... Who know who you are!!!
