ARUROA LOAN SERVICE, ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC and EAST HILLS MORTGAGE deceived Plaintiff (an under-qualified Homeowner) by a worry
free and hands-off falsified income/asset mortgage fraud scheme that required virtually no involvement from the Plaintiff in the process or subsequent transactions.

The mortgage fraud scheme relied extensively on fraudulently produced income/asset statements originated and past through the ARUROA LOAN SERVICE, ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC and EAST HILLS MORTGAGE for profit.
