It started when I received a phone call to get a capital first credit card for $59.95. I gave them the information they wanted and waited.
Before I got my packet, I got a overdraft from my bank for several amounts. Upon closer inspection I was paying for several things, like, Hartford insurance and a long distance calling card.
I never did recieve my credit card. I canceled this account on June 27 at 12:50. They told me to send my packet back with the numbers RH070202 on it. I mailed this on June 27. On August 16, I called and they said they recieved my packet on August 7, and I should have my refund check of $99.95 in my hand by Aug. 21.
On Aug. 27, I called and talked to Tonya. She said the rules have changed, and on Aug. 22 customers now have to wait 30 days instead of 2 weeks. For a refund.
On Oct. 1 I called and talked to Beth. She said I need to talk to another department and switched me to Erica. She said it will take an additional 14 days and I will need to talk to the credit department. She switched me and the line was busy then went dead.
