Chase wrongfully foreclosed on our mortgage after a failed refinance after repeated attempts to correct this situation I filed bankruptcy to save my home. During this process chase agreed with their sister company on illegal financial decisions without our signature of any type. We the owners have tried to seek help but in the end the lawyer mistakingly gave us a e-mail he had sent to their lawyer saying they would convince us there was no case.
