Our story is basically the same as Everyone else in this country pertaining to Chase Home Finance, LLC. Thanks to some person who remains still "unknown" to us as no one from Chase can ever see the letters from the Chase Banking Executive Office to us nor our response letter back to the same in which an "Employee" of Chase purposely has GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED a signature page from a "Forbearance Plan" back in February as being the signature page for a "REPAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT" in Aug. 2011 to which we NEVER RECEIVED, therefore IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE SIGNED! Quite conveniently NEITHER letters have been "uploaded" into our file therefore making it appear as neither letter exists until I finally sent copies of both to the CHASE FULFILLMENT CENTER recently. Chase is Horrific Nightmare to deal with. They purposely drag out the process of trying to save our homes so they can come back and snatch them from our families after causing health issues due to major stress to those of us who are fighting to save our homes for our families!
