We began last year with these people and they promised that they had the most competent agents to handle tax situiations. We sent the $3150.00 to represent us for an offer in compromise. At first the agent was requesting all information for submitting to IRS. Everything was sent in on timely basis. Then the agent, Jim Stanley, started to not answer calls or email. When we did talk to him, he was always very short and rude. We called the main office in Calif several times when we could not reach Jim. They were very rude, would not allow a person to talk, at one point told me to shut up and listen. Mr Stanley called today to say that they stiffed him too. He advised to contact the Attorney General of Calif. My question to him is why he didn't let clients know what was going on. He said he just found out because they won't pay him either.
