I ordered a DVD of "House of Dark Shadows" on 05/17 & my credit card was charged. Subsequently, I did a little online research and found that this movie has NOT been released on DVD yet! I tried to contact Cinemamoon several times with NO luck. I then used my email at the law office where I work - I'm a Paralegal. ONLY by threatening to report Cinemamoon to the Calif. Attorney General, did I FINALLY receive an answer. "Gloria" at Cinemamoon (email: [email protected]) disclosed that the DVD was "currently out of stock". This is a LIE. It couldn't be IN stock, as it hasn't been transferred to DVD yet. "Gloria" promised a refund in 2 to 3 business days. I also ordered her to remove this DVD offering from their website, as it is FALSE ADVERTISING. Do not ever order from them - they are shady to say the least. If I don't get my refund, it's off to the Calif. Attorney General I go!!!
