There is multiple management problems at bank of America. It is highly political, no growth opportunity. The company lies to you about how much money you can make. It all depends on location, the mall is the worst location. Jill the bank manager basically harasses you, asks you personal questions if you call out sick. She makes up lies to make herself look good to upper management.in actuality her and her other bank manager buddies get together to learn how to cheat the system. Towards her employees she is very condescending and is extremely emotionally confrontational. 360 degree coaching is non applicable any of these managers. It is also my belief this woman was messing with time sheets to short change me my rightful money because that's how vindictive and petty this women is.
The manager that proceeded her was actually worse, because she was simply certifiably crazy. I cant remember her name, but i believe she runs the Melrose office now. She is clearly emotionally unstable, cry in public, smile one minute and fly off the handle the next. She will belittle you, hold you back, and other things managers are allowed to do but shouldn't. The book Good to great listed bank of America as a bottom 10 company, I didn't know how right they were until i worked there. This happens to be one of the worst companies to work for, espically for men.
