They changed the waiting period without notice and now refuse to pay me and closed my account

I requested a payment in September. When I did not get it in 30 days, I contacted them. I was advised they changed the waiting period to 90 days due to fraud. After 90 days they closed my account and refuse to accept my emails. I know who is committing fraud here.
