I checked my account on my mobile phone Wen I recently. Saw money missing. I emmedaitelly went over to my bank Nd complaint Avout it. Previous a day prior to the incidence I told chase to please close my account. Since the account at that time bounced it wasent closed but upon prememere mvership electronically removing the money Ten my account was closed. I complait to them. Chase closed my account Nd reopend. Another account. But I am still waiting to be reimbursed. My money. A claim was submit to the fraud department. I hope my money gets Bck Nd they investigate tgis matter that's been happening to alot of falls like my self I need hlp on wat Nd Hw to join the class a action some one Plz contact me. Ps they told me I wud b reimbursed. From 3 to 5 days tuesday the 24 By or before that date So. Waiting I am Verry disappointed Ps account was closed Nd opened on or before 4/17
