Fairbanks Capital Corp aka Loan Servicing Center ripoff victimized many consumers

We have been constantly called by the collection dept. Of this company and been told to do the most outlandish and illegal things.

We have been told to post date a check for them by phone that we could not guarantee the funds for and Ms. Griffen said we should trust God to put the money in our accounts!

Then a man from the company called my husband to report to him that I had not been co-operative because I would not give them an INSF check by phone.

When Fairbanks found out that we were re-financing with a better company they called to say that they were going to sell our house on Oct. 1.

They have called us as many as six times a day including Sunday.

I have also filed a complaint with the BBB in Utah.
