Hard times have fallen on our family, and Citicards sent us to collections after poor negotiations. A man by the name of BILL INCONTRO began calling us and did nothing but yell at us, and claim that he was calling from a "legal" department in Toledo Ohio to collect our money, or the company would garnish our wages.
He had the nerve to kepp calling me by my first name as he continued bullying me, when all I wanted to do was get to the bottom line and figure out the best way to resolve the issue. He said he doesn't care about debt problems, and that he had his own hardships years ago when his wife divorced him and took his 2 year old daughter.
No wonder! I would divorce him, also. His people skills are non-existent, and he feels he has the right to yell at anyone at any time. He does not let anyone complete a sentence, and should be fired for embarrassing the company he works for.
Also, I am disappointed in Citicards for using this company. We are trying to get back on track after some hardships, and the last thing we need is some stranger yelling at us-turning a business matter into a personal one.
